Key Skills:

  • Ability to work at Board and Senior Management levels to design and establish HR/Personnel policies, procedures and work practices.
  • Undertake the design and delivery of bespoke training.
  • Ensuring that organisations operate in an environment that limits exposure to all risks – Health and Safety, Industrial Tribunals, Commercial Vulnerability.
  • Managing the transfer of staff between organisations, including TUPE transfers and negotiations with Trades Unions on staff terms and conditions.
  • Working with all levels of staff to design and promote system change, cultural change and ownership.
