QHR Solutions is owned and managed by Ray Howard. Formerly the Chief Executive of ELCS Limited, Ray has considerable experience in business, HR and personnel services.
As Chief Executive, Ray played a significant role in assisting ELCS Ltd to win the North of England Business Excellence Award in 2001. Ray was a Non-Executive Director with the Blackpool NHS Trust Board from November 2002 to 2013.
Although she works mainly for the private sector Ray has also written HR and Personnel policy documents for Public Sector organisations and has been published on the Public Service website which is the Information Portal for the Public Sector.
